This combined portfolio of alpha and beta reflects my strong view that most of one's assets should be diversified across assets, countries, and currencies, and mostly left alone.
It's moderately heavy in cash which reflects my outlook for long term expected value in assets being somewhat unfavorable today the cash is held in both USD and some ROW currencies
I have very modest short term bets reflecting high uncertainty of outlook particularly ahead of a consequential week next week. It is short equities but risks X% of my AUM
This portfolio isn't sexy. It Isn't trying to win the Furu subscription derby. It's a strategy I've used for many years which has allowed me to compound my savings well with very little drawdowns and no down years.
