There are a handful of you out there who really understand monetary plumbing. Can one of you please explain where the fresh USD comes from to fill this demand. Not bank deposits or money market funds obviously because that isn't fresh. As far as I can figure it's only physical currency (Benjamins). But would love to be proven wrong.
