"Dear @Rivian when you schedule an appointment months out (or weeks for that matter) and you drop off your vehicle for XXX hours of estimated labor the owner doesnt want to hear XX hours later that the reason the vehicle isnt even seen a tech is that when you drop it off it enters the queue for a tech to be assigned. 24+ hours later and no tech assigned. Why am I dropping the vehicle off on Thursday for no one to look at it because no one assigned until Monday (likely). And the only reason Im not blowing up the SC and getting my vehicle back is I got a fleet loaner.
