"$CORZ / $CRWV - Two Seas' "Vote No" presentation. It's definitely worth a read. I still think win-win is recutting the deal. If vote is no I think sp goes up modestly to reflect market's raised value on both signed and unsigned MWs. provided mgmt narrates the original goals"

"The least of my concerns is mgmts actual ability to execute. The question is incentive. A "no" vote incentivizes them to execute. or quit. The real concern I have is avtual market demand for their particular assets. The lack of a new customer is one negative signal. but mgmts bullishness prior to acquisition is another as have been the last X months of dealflow and market repricing MWs across the board. As was the case before the amount I'm willing to ride depends on the share price and mgmt commentary about plans. The real risk is that mgmt was blowing smoke up our asses about customer"

"$MARA - Kindly requesting any information about $MARA's similarities to any of the other miners that are rallying. I honestly haven't kept track of that black hole for money. but if there's news I'm all ears. Did they announce anything beyond paying $168m for XX% of Exaion (undisclosed balance sheet / operations) Did I miss some announcement or signal that they might sign a deal for some of their MW's Have they been speaking more about pivoting to doing colocation Is this just anticipation of an HPC pivot -- given the $CLSK pivot Are treasuries hot again (despite $MARA saying: "we are not a"

"The HPC references I found were: - $168m investment into a foreign company Exaion whose financials remain undisclosed. - remarks of how HPC is a growing industry. of which MARA's involvement (aside from Exaion) is not clear to me. - mentions of how (at the time) only two miners were able to get deals (CORZ GLXY) and how Fred thinks the big opportunity is "inference at the edge" . again unsure how MARA folds into that and at the very least the market now disagrees (eg it currently bids up bulk MWs)"

"That's one part of the answer. the next part is how much IBIT you could've sold and how much exchange BTC you could've bought. Eg actual market depth. Entirely possible that AH there's just not enough liquidity and the problem was leveraged positions did not account for right tail volatility. It's the same reason MMs jack up premium prices as they sell more and more options. because managing the delta has more risk: there's only so much liquidity they can tap into before they work against themselves. The leveraged traders did not account for this info and the attackers took advantage. I dont"

"@LargoCabayero @JeffLaberge4 @BitdeerOfficial I think the hashrate that is "hosted" is not owned by $BTDR. So by letting the contracts roll off they wouldn't get more self-mining hashrate. They would reclaim more rackspace for self-mining. and they already have quite a surplus of that. (See: power pipeline)"

"$BTDR - Sealminer A3 and A3 Pro website now up. A3 is XX J/TH Pro is XXXX J/TH. Air cooled. BTDR matching/besting the S21 XP and getting close to Bitmain's S23 (11 J/TH) which allegedly starts shipping in January. Pre-order / pricing for the A3 is still "stay tuned". The A3 unlocks a lot of optionality for $BTDR. They can sell the units and/or they can self mine. It is an immense advantage when vertical integration includes the ability to manufacture cashflow machines. you can either sell them or mine with them and dominate a zero-sum industry. The ASIC market is massive. I'll have to cover"

"Correct me if I'm wrong: The baseline transmission latency isn't the problem. Eg international phone calls are fine. The limiting factor is the time to generate tokens. this is a problem that $NVDA and LLM designers are advancing at a substantial pace. In other words. wait 12m and you'll get better quality answers in less time"

"$BTDR / Bitmain: Circling back on this and tying it to my latest article about hashrate growth: In 2026 I project around XXX EH/s to be added. That's about XXX GWs of capacity swapped or added. At $1050/KWH cost (just a guess) that'd be around $5b of cash spent on ASICs. In case those numbers sound ridiculous consider the gross profit potential of miners: If hashprice stays at $45-ish that'd be roughly $14b in gross profit. This occurs as miners' average gross hashcost drops from $XX to $XX during the year (due in part to the above allocations of ASICs). Essentially BTC is emitting $19b/year."

"$BTDR - tons of updates. Now officially declaring they are going the $IREN route of CSP with "potentially 200MW @ $2b ARR by end of 2026." 570MW in Ohio (2027H1). they let the LOI expire so they can receive full economics. 164MW in Norway (2026Q4). 15MW in WA underway. On the ASIC/mining front: - Hashrate: They're up to XX EH/s. More on the way: XXX EH/s in transit and XXX EH/s being assembled. - A3 (14J/TH) and A3 Pro (12.5 J/TH): Started mass production. I can only imagine their hashrate growth as these start to land. Will also greatly improve overall fleet efficiency. - A4 (non-charge"

"BTC / security budget - My argument has been incentive to break BTC (vs security budget) doubles every X years. Pushback: "what incentive there's no way to profit". Ok just imagine this but x2 x4 x8. etc. And knowing BTC would drop far more than this. In theory it would cost XX% x mining rewards/day x bribe fee to make a sidechain that would rugpull all the "confirmed" txs the moment the sidechain is broadcast. (If you want to pretend that wouldn't tank BTC then GTFO.) That's about 250BTC for a whole day. (Half of that next halving.) Possible reward The higher BTC goes the higher the reward."

"Sure selling at continually lower highs is a kind of arb :) And yeah having people give you 1.35BTC for 1BTC is a nice luxury. I think we both know the game. just gotta hope BTC Yield outpaces mNAV decline. If mNAV is a function of "estimated future BTC Yield" then that's a circle. Two years ago mNAV of 2x meant betting on some amount of "expected BTC Yield" (aka: dollars IN). and turned out the actual dollars in exceeded that by a lot. Big winners. But now mNAV of 1.35x prices in lower "expected BTC Yield" which is on paper an easier win condition. yet the actual dollars in would have to be"

"$BTDR / ASICs - Bitmain has been the NVDA of BTC Mining and it's been quite lucrative; they literally manufacture money printing machines that will always provide operating profit to the buyer. Just how valuable is gaining market share In this post I explore some insights from an ongoing study I'm doing. Thing to keep in mind is that $BTDR is guiding to claim J/TH dominance in 2026. These claims have happened many times before. but $BTDR is already up to the A3 that is nearly on par with Bitmain. The A4 (with charge recycling) could completely blow Bitmain out of the water on the first"

"Are any of my followers well-versed in biotech Specifically looking into myostatin inhibitors. $SRRK and $REGN. I think by 2030 these drugs could be quite commonplace. What GLP1 is to losing weight (muscle + fat) myostatin inhibitors are seemingly to preserving and (possibly) gaining muscle. Right now myostatin inhibitors are undergoing trials for treating skeletal muscular atrophy ($SRRK looks like it's got a winner) and some trials for use in conjunction with GLP1s. I think the big money is with the latter. $SRRK's EMBRAZE trial showed a XX% reduction in lean mass loss when Apitegromab"

"This whole saga would be relatively easy to sweep under the rug. Sure mgmt might prefer the immediate payout. but if/when that's no longer an option their next best thing is to resume a focus on maximizing shareholder value. Eg: we value our shareholders opinion and in light of recent market evolution are as confident as ever that we can maximize shareholder value by diversifying our client base. Market conditions are vastly different than just X months ago and we are now free to resume discussions with enterprises and hyperscalars both of which we feel are far more committed to growing their"

"$CRWV / $CORZ - Take a look at peers. MWs are king. Besides what's fair for you Issue stock and get hard assets improved margins $1b in net cash. Or go ahead and raise $10b cash. see how "fair" that feels. There is plenty of room for win-win"

"$BTDR - I wrote up something about it yesterday but never posted it. The tldr is that they have "an embarrassment of riches" and if you want something maximally speculative on mining/HPC colocation/CSP then they are impossible to ignore. Below is the draft. It's incomplete as I wanted to provide more concrete figures on the Sealminer upside. I'll get around to that sometime. too busy enjoying life. --------- $BTDR - I like BTDR here because it has a few moonshot upsides but hasn't moved (too much) in sympathy to peers. "Biggest positions aren't really meaningful because they are hedges. Biggest by weight are cash gold BTC ZQ contracts negative beta on SPY. That's just by delta. but I have some gamma and other greeks in there as well. If anything it pumped IV up which on most chains generally increases net gamma not decreases. X. Gamma increases the amount sellers have to buy (if underlying goes up). but also the amount they have to sell (if underlying goes down). it's not like gamma is some magic "up only" thing $IREN probably going up but who knows for sure Paging @FransBakker9812 for approval"
