"Arkansas Razorbacks H-Back Insert - Pop Pass If you utilize your H-back to run iso you need a pop pass. This is especially true if the team you are playing runs a two high safety structure in the red zone. The X high structure leaves the MOF uncapped. Couple that with 2nd level defenders that are overcommitted to the run. The H-back is just patient enough (throttles) with square shoulders to get the linebacker moving forward to stop the run. He then does a great job avoiding collision and filling the uncapped grass"
