"Nigeria was not even in the 2nd place position before the final day. No way the rule which had been used in prior qualifiers should now be changed because some teams fell short. Nigeria finished same points and much better goals difference than Angola in the 2006 qualifiers. But Angola qualified because FIFA used head to head rule against us. We did not complain that the rule was not fair. Assessments need to be fair when we are making them"
