"As for "the sin of usury" things get extemely tricky when you apply medieval just price theory+all of his arguments to how money lending works in modern economies. In modern economies it you lend somebody money without interest you just lost money and thus applying just price price theory would lead to the conclusion that interest free loans are unjust. Also St Thomas made an argument that is literal nonsense when applied to modern economics regarding interest being unjust for charging somebody for what does not exist.
