Would they have if the price were higher at unlock The evidence from NAKA says absolutely. The structure of all four large US deals over the summer was clearly challenging with all PIPE investors unlocking on the same day. Hopefully investors will learn that they are too clever by half demanding that type of structure. I was not involved in the deal structure and had zero say in it fwiw.
