"They need to guarantee XX% or higher continuously and XXX years to be able to pay divs is great but only if its for the same or higher rate for $STRC. $STRD they dont have to guarantee a div payment/they can miss it without any consequences. Honestly I would go with $STRK AND $MSTR still. Maybe a little bit of $STRC but I am not chasing yield. $STRK is attractive for its conversion availability to more shares of $MSTR. Pays quarterly and offers both a bit of volatility but not as high as $MSTR"
