"Just read Ben Lyons's view on $MIN.AX from Jarden and Glyn Lawcock's view from Barrenjoey. One firm has a price target of $XX and the other $XXXXX both using a DCF approach to valuing the stock. I believe both these firms are wrong with their approaches as the mineral resources' balance sheet is stretched and as such it is an event-driven stock or a special situation. An event-driven stock creates discrete jumps in cash flows and the probability of survival or bankruptcy making a smooth DCF curve meaningless. $MIN isnt a DCF story. With $27/share in net debt this is an event-driven stock"

"One way to look at $MIN.AX in the short term is through the lens of a scenario-weighted probability analysis to model upside vs. downside depending on operational execution. for example: 🎯 Bull case $XX 🟑 Base case $XX (60% prob.) πŸ”» Bear case $X βš– Weighted valuation = $XXXXX Haul road performance + debt load = critical swing factors. "One lens to look at $MIN.AX is via an event-driven model (there are many others) with weighted probabilities and estimates for how #mineralresources debt stack is resolved involving guesstimates and crystal ball gazing. Here is my latest back-of-the-beer-coaster attempt with a target price of $XX. πŸ‘‡#foolserrand I understand that some of these scenarios are interconnected and that it is more complex than that. πŸ€¦β™‚ #speculation #backofthebeercoaster $MIN #ironore"

"At Berkeley Advisory we religiously use a proprietary model called the "Dirty Thirty" to assess companies' performance. $MIN hit XX out of XX red flags across strategy operations finance reputation and investor relations. It will be an interesting ride for $MIN.AX shareholders from here as red flags in the first two categories (10/12) typically manifest in the last two categories over time"

"Mineral Resources (ASX: MIN) PreQuarterly Update View On June XX Berkeley Advisory published a probabilityweighted model with a target price of A$30.00 for Mineral Resources when the stock was around $XXXXX. As of today the eve of the Junequarter results $MIN.AX closed at A$30.10 a level we continue to view as fair value until updated guidance is released tomorrow morning. "The $MIN.AX analysts need to ask the Chair one straightforward question: Are there any more skeletons in the closet or are you confident all the dirty laundry has been aired"

"Dancing in the storm Mineral Resources $MIN.AX can grow EV (Equity $XX + Debt $27) in the short term if the market prices in higher earnings lithium / IO optimism or a project ramp-up milestone without significantly paying down its $27/share or $5.4bn debt. However to sustain the recent rally and EV growth optimism must convert into CFADS: cash flow available for debt service. Without it the market will re-rate the equity downward. In the medium term flat debt and weak CFADS will stall EV. Equity will be crushed in the long term if $MIN doesnt deleverage or lift earnings enough to reduce its"
