"Would a model similar to JPYC be possible in Korea As @_MrYoshi mentioned yesterday on the comments its only logical to question whether Stronghold could eventually explore the same model in Korea. Lets break down what we know so far: Current model. Where Korea stands today KRW1 was launched by @BDACSKorea Busan Digital Asset Custody Services as a 1:1 won-backed stablecoin fully collateralised by bank deposits (e.g. Woori Bank) and issued on an EVM-compatible network. Its institutional but private it doesnt channel reserves into government debt nor is it yet connected to national treasury"
