"I understand your logic. But when you look at how fortunes are made it's usually through a single focus. Diversification is a means for wealth preservation. Fortunes are built on single focus. Steve Jobs = Apple Bill gates = MSFT Zuckerberg = META Elon = TSLA Etc. Single focus all in on a good idea. "I see a lot of people mad at Boomers because they bought real estate right as it was being financialized. Real estate boomed because you could borrow against it. NOT because of any other reason. If anything real estate has gotten worse since the boomers started buying. Materials got cheaper plots of land got smaller.
