"@JB_Summers @devorydarkins They already did he was ordered deported in April by an immigration judge. He is currently out on bail while the Immigration Board of Appeals reviews an appeal to overturn the decision. The Board of Appeals has the final say on his deportation. Its a slow process"

"@popdizz @orochi235 @ShabbosK @shaunmmaguire They just dont have an absolute right to a green card which can be revoked for a number of reasons. The reason selected by Rubio is the same 1952 INA law that allows Trump to create his travel ban that SCOTUS found to be XXX% Constitutional"

"@popdizz @orochi235 @ShabbosK @shaunmmaguire The law also allows Rubio to deport anyone who opposes the foreign policy goals of the US. While seldom used an appellate court found the provision Constitutional but Rubios decision must be reviewed by an immigration judge a judge did so and ordered Khalil deported in April"

"@JoergFankhauser @atrupar The tariff is never reflected XXX% directly in the cost of an item as there are many other costs associated with selling an good in addition to the import value and not all costs go directly to a consumer. You failed Econ XXX big time"

"@EmpMagiPhul @GovNuclear @WECNuclear @INL Thermal batteries would have been great. Biggest problem was load management many of our generators were only loaded at 20-30 percent hence so many of them dying after X months. A nice small centralized package of 1-5 MWe with some thermal batteries would work wonders"

"@time_for_ef France always says lets fight on trade. They were the most eager to fight China over EVs. The reason is they have a protected domestic manufacturing base. Meanwhile the Germans who rely on exports to fund their economy are screaming nein as loud as they can in back rooms"

"@EmpMagiPhul @GovNuclear @WECNuclear @INL An earlier eVinci design I saw mentioned CO2 as the working fluid. CO2 is good because its more efficient than steam and you can build really small turbines some estimate 1/10th the size of steam for the same power. But its not a very mature tech so I guess it was dropped"

"@puglistfan82 @Timcast It doesnt affect the XX countries under the visa waiver program. Canadians can still enter tax free for six months. The XX countries are all the rich ones who send actual tourists"

"@EmpMagiPhul @GovNuclear @WECNuclear @INL Heat pipes (NASA developed) transfer heat to compressed atmospheric air. The hot air is then used to spin a turbine and 5MWe of electricity can be produced w/o any water. The reactor fits in a standard tractor-trailer. The generator is similarly sized"

"@jimmy__russles @DimiYarVOSACEO @JohannaNyman5 Stalin signed the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact in August 1939. The joint invasion took place a month later. Stalin didnt think it was a British trick he wanted the war he wanted Polands territory and the Baltics. The USSR and Nazi Germany planned and started WW2 together"

"@Lance_Edelman @disclosetv Maybe Europe will. Europe has the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights which look to the ICJ as an actual source of law. Most other countries pretty much ignore the ICJ"

"@markvantoll @atrupar Some of the tariff cost is passed on. How much is debatable. Historically the estimate has been excessive tariffs lead to a XX% max price increase in goods costs at the store shelf. This is an old number though from the 1970s when imported goods were pushing out U.S. suppliers"

"@JoergFankhauser @atrupar Lets say Walmart is selling a $XX toy. And they need profit overhead taxes advertising so the $XX toy costs $X to import. So the tariff is $XXXX. Does Walmart eat the cost raise prices to $XXXXX put the cost in its supplier Split the difference Your example is idiotic"
