"Totally I love Rocket although its volatile. $COMP is the traditional brokerage model probably competing with $Z - I have a small position just because while I dont think theyll be the leader they still IPOd at $18/share and I think they can 2-3x in a housing recovery. The way I look at it: $Z : New way of buying homes using AI and technology (now offering lending too) $RKT: Mortgage and refi play plus with Redfin now a player in the home transaction market. $COMP: Smaller cap that should get lifted in a broader housing recovery"
