When you say "Signup date" what are you referring to specifically The date they signed up for a free subscription A free trial (either) In ChartMogul there's a field called "Free trial created at" which is on customer profiles (including ones imported from Stripe). You can update this via the UI or API or via an automation. However you might be better off using our new features for freemium and free trial tracking if you want to get the complete picture of what's happening even before a profile is created in Stripe.
