"1) The dilution from common equity issuance is accretive. 2) Having more than one instrument available to credit investors isnt a bad thing. 3) $MSTR s leverage is around a healthy XX% or less. The capital stack isnt divesting the common equity holders in that regard either 4) Vol is at all time lows so most of Saylors juice is in the ATM right now anyway Im not going to say there isnt any room to criticize this business model but these are not compelling arguments IMHO"
