"I am not forgetting anything. $OSCR being limited by the MLR gives you very little room to leverage operational efficiency. If all your revenues comes from insurance and your MLR is 80%+ then you only have XX% available for operations but with Clover even with the MLR the SaaS revenue is not tied to the MLR and can improve gross profit efficiency. Where Oscar only has about XX% if $CLOV's SaaS model becomes a key driver of revenue gross profits could be XX% meaning about XX% available for operational efficiency. They have two different segments they can grow which will improve overall net"
