"Both very valid point. Yes on the RWAs - spot on. Also what is BTC actually doing similar to mining gold it is capturing physical energy in the form of digital scarcity because of the real world effort to mine it. As a result it is a type of RWA in the form of energy. And yes many people miss the mark proof of stake tokens so kit hav intrinsic value. They are valuable if they have real world utility. IMO"

"My guess lending to firms such as @GalaxyDigital who have been borrowing at higher rates to fund their trading desks.not sure where else it would be coming from. I don't think those rates will last very long. I remember seeing those rates in 2021 and they virtually all came substantially lower in 2022 if not to zero"

"@insiwest I was re-listening to @WilliamGreen72 s book Richer Wiser Happier (a must read and one of the most influential books in my life) today and was thinking the same thought. Obvious a bad idea to conduct no dd and buy a name because so and so did but it does give extra confidence when investing in a name knowing there are legendary fund managers taking positions alongside you. "They want to "win" the race. If you can buy multiple horses in a race you have a higher chance of success. We have an accounting business that developed accounting tech to track digital assets. I know of a firm that tried to develop a software suite on their own before using a third party. It's good business sometimes to work multiple options at the same time"
