My opinion is that immediately after the shooting most Maga supporters were desperately trying to pin this as a leftist issue without understanding the story of who this person was since data couldnt be verified at the time. "If I recall there were mega people calling the alleged boyfriend of an influencer and threatening him with death threats and bashing his business for something that it alleged girlfriend said. In the end two businesses got bashed and death threats were made against two business owners in San Diego which turns out they werent even related to the influencer who spoke negatively about Kirk. Both sides are at fault for overreacting here"
