This is why as it pertains to the Tech job I love Pat Fitzgerald but my one qualm is his time away from the game. I think we are also seeing coaches tire out and lose interest given the added variables to an already very complex job - Saban Meyer Kelly Petersen Hafley Harbaugh the list goes on. I think regardless of who we hire as important as the guy with the HC title will be the GM and the surrounding"
