"Start seeing some progress from some of the partnerships they announce. I mentioned in the post about the Google announcement that I used to get excited news like that. Then nothing comes of it or somehow another chain ends up being the main part of the business. Something of substance instead of just announcements. Anything that has been a bright spot has left or shutdown. And a slow down in the structured selling would be huge. Agree they need to start operating more efficiently and lean"
