"I recently had major surgery to remove endometriosis from my body which resulted in losing multiple organs. One of the hardest parts of my journey was the pain and I want to show you where I felt it in my body and what surgery later revealed was going on. I had ongoing pain around my belly button before and after surgery. Surgeons found endo in my abdominal wall and fascia pulling tight in that area. There is also a ligament under the belly button that caused visible pulling like a string cinching around a sausage. Important to note there wasnt endo on my actual belly button itself. I had"

"If you think you have endometriosis the first thing to do is start to build your care team. Most gynecologist are not properly trained to treat Endo even if they say they are. Heres what a real care team looks like and how to find a true specialist. #endometriosis #adenomyosis #womenshealth #pelvicpain #chronicpain"

"US Weekly put out a news article about model Barbara Palvin and her journey with endometriosis. My heart goes out to Barbara as it does to all of our Endo Sisters. But I did not like how US weekly or how the World Health Organization describes endometriosis. It is not capturing how severe and life altering this disease can be during all times of the month not just during our periods. We need to change the way we are talking about this #endowarrior #adenomyosis #womenshealth #chronicillness #greenscreen"

"These symptoms like bladder pain burning urgency pressure and difficulty peeing dont always mean you have endometriosis growing on your bladder. They could also be caused by a bladder infection UTI pelvic floor dysfunction inflammation in the area or IC (interstitial cystitis). I had surgery XX weeks ago and Im still having some of these issues during flares. #endometriosis #adenomyosis #chronicillness #bladderpain #wulfwomen"

"If youre trying to learn about endometriosis heres where to start. Follow official endo nonprofits like the Endometriosis Foundation of America. Watch real excision specialists on YouTube surgeons who treat endo full time. Highly recommend Dr. Adam Duke from Post Falls ID. Read through patient-led forums like Reddits r/Endometriosis but dont take one persons story as fact. Look for patterns in what helped longer term and what didnt. Double check anything you hear against medical or scientific sources not influencer advice. I also put together a list of trusted resources on the website in my"

"I was on birth control for XX years while endometriosis was growing inside of me. I had no idea I was sick because it was suppressing my symptoms. When I stopped taking the pill and got really sick I went to doctors over and over and was told the same thing: go back on birth control. I said no and I am so glad I did. Birth control can sometimes help manage symptoms or slow the growth by suppressing ovulation but it does not remove endometriosis or stop the growth. It should not be the only treatment option offered. It took me years of fighting before I finally found a specialist who gave me"

"The random endo symptoms are rarely random. Jaw pain bloating nausea bladder issues even belly-button pain- they can all be signs of endometriosis. 💛 Start tracking everything you notice even the weird ones. Patterns across your cycle can reveal when your pain spikes what triggers it and whether its tied to hormones or inflammation. Your notes can help rule out things like IBS or bladder disorders- and make doctors take your pain seriously. Every detail is a clue and the more you track the clearer your story becomes. #endometriosis #adenomyosis #womenshealth #chronicpain #wulfwomen"
