"No Ghana does not supply electricity to Nigeria. Currently Ghana exports about XXX MW to neighbors like Burkina Faso and Benin through the West African Power Pool. Nigeria exports power to Benin Togo and Niger and supplies gas to Ghana for its power generation. Plans for Ghana to export to Nigeria exist but aren't implemented yet"
