"I imagine the demand will be pretty high from the start. $VELO's PayFi will be using $USDV as the de-facto currency in the beginning. Remember to mint USDV you'll have to be a trusted partner and hold VELO. Can't mint it without meeting both requirements. Binance may be have to be cautious and try to foresee the demand - they probably have estimates of how much USDT may need to be converted and provision enough VELO for subsequent mints. If I were Binance I would say a safe way to look at it is to consider that eventually there may be enough demand that most USDT be converted. I would say"
