"Won't Trump's golden ballroom extravaganza architecturally dwarf the White House I see a problem here. It was offensive enough to pave over the Rose Garden. For somebody coming from Manhattan where everything is concrete and glass and also Florida with sandy soil -- that's not a big deal but the country wants to see green lawns. So as I'm looking at my clipboard here I see after the next election we're going to have to jackhammer the Rose Garden and tear down a $XXX million god-awful golden ballroom. Our money and time could better be spent elsewhere"
