"Im not saying anyone is misleading. What Im pointing out is that the distinction between lab demo and production fidelity isnt applied consistently across the industry. Every major hardware vendor reports their best achievable gate performance under controlled conditions first thats how baselines are established. IBM Quantinuum and others have done the same for years. A processor having many qubits does not mean each published fidelity was measured with all of them operating simultaneously; most numbers still come from pair-level or small-subset benchmarks. So singling out one companys result"
