I'm not a millionaire let alone a billionaire but my wife and I do very well for ourselves and really pay shockingly little in state and federal taxes. This is a consequence of the behavior of both parties. Democrats are willing to raise taxes on the rich but for an insane definition of the rich where a married couple bringing in $300000 a year doesn't count as rich.
