"This is a dumb argument. We don't give China 3x our UN votes because they have that many more people than us. Similarly Wyoming's half a million people shouldn't be forced into nonsense policies because millions of Californians vote so poorly year after year. States are semi-sovereign entities. Big states get more House seats and electoral votes but they don't get to totally dominate"
