"And whats the craziest part If these greedy track owners would just shut off the Caws at X minutes people would be happy. But you cant have these fluctuating odds and ridiculous payouts. Gamblers have to win at least 2x as many times to get the same payouts I got X years ago. Its hard enough to win without being told you now need to win double.
