BBB is likely going to send bond yields much much higher making a lot of large cap stocks that hold treasuries on their balance sheets undesirable (like if you're a hedge fund why risk so much for additional gains when you can get 5-6% from bonds alone). But for the funds that want to beat the markets their money gonna have no choice but to flow to the smaller caps growing off multiple expansions and growth speculations. The soon to come rate cuts will only amplify this as well.
