"the interview will literally be a duo game of counter-strike. if youre a good teammate know how to trade make good callouts have good aim then it's a good indicator of whether you'll become a good trustworthy person to work with. the csgo to vibecoding pipeline should be established. even better if theyre a csgo player trying to freelance on fiverr it shows initiative and hustle and drive. something that most people don't have and aren't hungry to chase. in the future we're treating job interviews like they're a esports team tryout match. there needs to be a minimum standard wage for people"
