"American Airlines Mistreating Customers @AmericanAir @USDOT My recent American Airlines flight was cancelled. It was scheduled to go from Colorado Springs to Dallas with a connecting flight to Myrtle Beach SC. I drove to the airport only to find y the flustered agents at the gate that the flight had been cancelled. There was no advance notice to customers and no push notifications whatsoever. While finding out at the gate I opened the American app which informed me that my flight was cancelled (due to weather according to those at the gate) and offered rebooking options. I rebooked the same"
