"Yea so Dr. Bali Muralidhar is the one who resigned. Hes a VC/PE guy (Abingworth Carlisle) and was an early investor. He didnt have any management authority meaning the scientific/clinical leadership is unchanged. Id say its likely a rotation of investor seats as a result of the recent dilution. If there are more resignations particularly in the scientific/clinical leadership then I would be worried. It seems sus when you read the headline but when you look into it doesnt seem like much to worry about"
