"With Vivendi $VIV.PA up XX% YTD and Bollore $BOL.PA down XX% YTD it seems the market has already priced the possibility of a mandatory offer for VIV without considering the potential implications for BOL. For instance if the offer is done at or close to NAV but is paid with Bollore shares (based on a NAV for NAV exchange ratio) the upside for BOL shareholder may be higher since the shares trade at a much higher discount than VIV. I see VIV trading at a XX% discount to SOTP whereas BOL trades at XX% (adjusted for the control-loop)"
