Couldn't the same thing happen to $NKTR" Sure it could but $SNY's efficacy decayed almost entirely due to higher placebo response rates in P3 compared to P2 jumping from XX% to 19%. $NKTR's P2b pbo rate was already XX% - just X points off of where $SNY's P3 ended up. $NKTR is in a *fantastic* spot to be able to reproduce a P3 EASI75 delta in the same range as their P2's was.
