"Raketech $RAKE is undergoing some notable positive changes. Most recently the company divested its unprofitable non-core US Tipster asset generating XXXX million in proceeds. More importantly management estimates this move will result in annual cost savings of XXX million due to the elimination of ongoing losses. Additionally the extended terms for the Casumba earnout payments until 2028 instead of 2026 provide greater financial flexibility and ease near-term liquidity concerns.
