"$OR is the only company that has chosen to consistently invest into R&D and marketing and has arguably been able to defend its moat. Acquiring Kering's beauty brands and presumably the rights to further develop Gucci YSL Bottega McQueen Balenciaga Valentino etc. is a significant coup and arguably positions $OR better than almost any company outside of LVMH to attack the top of the beauty pyramid. While details on valuation are not available yet strategically this is a huge win"
