"Interesting recent divergence between performance of gold miners and miner drilling companies. In the last X months $GDXJ is up XX% while $MDI (Major Drilling) is up XX% $GEODF (Geodrill) is up X% and $OBGRF (Orbit Garant) is up 50%. Risk:reward is different for the drillers vs. producers but all benefit from higher gold prices. Major is particularly interesting here. It has the most liquidity and in their last earnings call they noted that revenue for the period just ended (earnings release coming up on Sep 8) was trending up XX% QOQ. Orbit despite the recent gains still has the cheapest"
