"Correct $NOST is Nostromo the first launchpad built on the @_Qubic_ ecosystem. All IPOs on #Qubic happen through a Dutch auction bid format for one or more of the XXX available shares every ipo has XXX shares. Essentially anyone can bid within the epoch the ipo was launched in (wed to wed 12pm utc). As there are only XXX shares as bid amount increases the lowest bids outside of the XXX are lost. Any Qus used for the bid are returned to the original wallet. Upon epoch end the lowest winning bid (share 676) is used to determine the final cost of all shares won through bidding on the ipo.
