If Im not mistaken Canada is currently the only G7 nation without the ability to launch rockets from its own soil forcing reliance on the US or other countries for satellite deployments. The Nova Scotia based project has received environmental approvals multimillion-dollar investment tax credits from the government and a technology safeguards agreement with the US to enable launches using American technology.
