"I don't think we have won nor lost at this point. Because I don't see any money in the account. Until I see the money. It's all questionable. People say @ryancohen would have came out and said if he has anything to do with $BBBYQ I'd like to argue that he's under a lawsuit. He can't say anything or have anything related.
