They hastily closed the pit after laying the pipeline and when it rained the entire section caved in. After repeated complaints they dumped some loose soil again and left it that way. The result The stretch is a mess and all nearby shops including mine are losing customers because people cant even walk in. Now lets get to the real issue. The contractor must have obtained permission from the Corporation."
