"I think you're misinformed. In fact I know you are. Do yourself a favor and learn the facts. All of this info is from public news info and sources. The so called term sheet outlines that the city may commit up to $489M as part of its share. The PFZ tax doesnt produce money instantly its a long-term mechanism. The city noted that PFZ revenue begins small and grows over time. Some components of funding are still under negotiation and contingent on conditions e.g. the county tax needs voter approval; PFZ and TIRZ are still structuring how much is allocated to the arena vs other parts of Project"
