"Similarly I think that $open could reasonably trade at 0.75x EV /NTM sales as it has historically traded at a modest premium to $opad given its scale and the stocks liquidity at 20x larger market cap. If NTM sales are $5.5B and net debt holds steady at $2.0B the implied market cap would be $2.2B or $3/share assuming close start share count. Needless to say the risk-reward is more appealing for $opad in my opinion but the small market cap and low liquidity make it challenging for larger investors to participate.
