"Absolutely It is AI powered with "active learning algorithms". We as humans regardless of our intelligence cannot process that many scenarios and multiple tasks efficiently. It still requires human intervention to set it's search parameters but it is constantly adapting and "learning". Why should it be a problem We are in debt $37TRILLION apparently the government has been wasting hundreds of BILLIONS per year on literally stupid projects. USAID is a prime example.
