PNC Bank alleged that the propertys owners had defaulted on about $5M in debt. "The building originally constructed in 1918 was previously known as the Aircraft Factory named for the aircraft that were once built on-site. It later became a furniture store then Gordons Fireplace Shop for more than XX years.
