"$SEG - A huge moment as XXX Water St is sold for $150mm today. The sale leaves the company with: X. $215mm in cash X. Another $790mm in NAV by my estimates before corporate expenses. X. $43mm in non-recourse mortgages The market cap is $335mm or just XX% of (1)+(2)-(3). Big progress was made on cash burn in Q2 with OCF burn of just $1mm.
