"The "clowns" math was on the $ORCL deal which has much better economics than the $IREN deal. $NBIS deal has even better economics. NBIS is getting $17.4Bn over X years for 300MW of gross capacity versus IREN getting $9.7Bn over X years for 300MW of gross capacity. NBIS project IRRs are in the mid-20s while IREN's IRR is mid to low single digits. This is very much an IREN specific issue not an IAAS sector issue.
