"Im going to posit a theory Since Tether has announced its stake in $GROY they have done the following. Converted $40mm of debt to equity putting new shares with Queens Road Capital and Taurus. Bought Pedra Blanca royalty funded with a bought deal putting $103.5mm in new shares into institutional hands including BlackRock. Put $15mm in shares with Jonathon Goodman as part of the purchase of the capped Borborema royalty from Dundee. The deals are accretive sure. But they also put stock with shareholders likely to back management in getting full value from Tether if/when the time comes. ofc"
