"I put $4mil in a high yield savings and the bank gave me $3.9mil back line of credit. My high yield makes between $12-15k per month depending on the interest rate. Im using that line of credit to buy a hotel and land next to my building. And Im going to pay the credit back with the $12-15k a month.
